Two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and there is a separate bathroom with a roll-top bath - 4 bathrooms in total across the house.

The enclosed rear garden has lawn and flower borders, and catches the sun for most of the day. A BBQ is provided. Off-road parking is available. Pendower Beach is 3.6 km away on the Roseland coast, with Carne Beach at 4.2 km - both are sheltered, sandy, and dog-friendly year-round.

Portscatho itself has a pub (the Plume of Feathers), a village shop, and a cafe. St Mawes is about 4 miles north along the coast path, and the King Harry Ferry crosses the River Fal to reach Falmouth. One dog is welcome.
