Crotchet Cottage is a two-bedroom double-fronted cottage at the end of a row of thatched and slate-roofed dwellings in Bohortha, on the Roseland. The property sleeps four across one bathroom, sits adjacent to a working farm, and is dog-friendly with an open fire and a garden.

Inside, the layout keeps the character of the original row, with an open fire in the living space and a fully equipped kitchen supported by dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi runs throughout. The first floor holds two bedrooms, and the ground-floor living area connects to the garden at the rear.

Outside, Bohortha sits at the tip of St Anthony's Head, a few minutes' walk from Porthbeor beach (currently not accessible due to landslides). The National Trust's Towan Beach - a shingle and sand cove - is a short drive away or reachable via a cliff walk, with a National Trust car park at the access point. Little and Great Molunan sit 1.5 kilometres away, with St Mawes at the same distance by footpath and Castle Beach at 4.3 kilometres.

Gerrans village, a couple of miles away, has a pub and the ancient church of St Gerrans. Portscatho lies three miles along the coast for pubs including the Plume of Feathers, cafes and the rock-and-sand beach, with the Hidden Hut cafe at Porthcurnick a short walk further on. St Mawes, seven miles by road, operates a year-round foot ferry across to Falmouth.
