Ground-floor accessible apartment on Abbey Street in central Penzance, sleeping three in one bedroom with one bathroom. The apartment is fully on one level with accessible features throughout. The bedroom can be set up as a double or twin. Off-street parking and a shared garden are included.

The town centre is on the doorstep: Jubilee Pool - the Art Deco seawater lido on the promenade, restored in 2016 - is a short walk. The Exchange gallery and Morrab Gardens are equally close. The Isles of Scilly Steamship Company ferry departs from the harbour, and Penzance railway station is the western terminus of the Great Western mainline. Newlyn's working fishing harbour is a 10-minute walk south along the coast road, with several fish shops and the Newlyn Art Gallery.

Eastern Green Beach is 1.4km from the apartment, a flat sandy beach good for swimming at high tide. Long Rock Beach is 2.5km east. Mousehole - pronounced "Mowzle" - is 3.9km south, a compact harbour village worth the short drive. Changeover is Saturday.

Best for guests who need ground-floor, step-free access and want a well-connected town base with Penzance's cafes, galleries, and rail connections close by. Less suited to those primarily after a beach-facing setting - the nearest good sand is a 15-minute walk.
