The Cobbles

The Cobbles is a restored 18th-century fisherman's cottage in Polperro, a working fishing village on the south Cornwall coast. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms and has views towards the harbour mouth and the beach. The cottage sits on a pedestrianised lane a short walk from the village centre.

Inside, the two bedrooms are served by one bathroom, with an open-plan living and kitchen area running through the lower floor. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are included. A small terrace gives outdoor space looking out over the harbour.

Lekerock Cove Beach lies 1.2 kilometres away, with Talland Bay 1.4 kilometres along the coast path and Lansallos Beach 4.4 kilometres west. Polperro's harbour itself is right at the end of the lane, with fishing boats unloading onto the quay in the morning.

Polperro is one of Cornwall's most photographed harbour villages, with narrow lanes running down to the quay and a mix of pubs, cafes, and small galleries. The South West Coast Path passes through the village - heading east towards Looe (about six miles) or west through Lantic Bay towards Fowey. Cars must be left at the main car park at the top of the village, keeping the centre quiet for walking.
