Seaways

Seaways is a four-bedroom house built into a hillside above Polperro, with sea views across the bay and direct access to the South West Coast Path at the bottom of the property's steps. Due to the number of steps, it is not suitable for all guests.

Inside, the house has high ceilings and tall windows in the main living areas, with sea views from most of the bedrooms. The layout covers a full kitchen, a lounge and a dining area, with space to eat as a group or retreat to separate rooms. Each bedroom is set up with crisp linens and the interiors lean modern.

Outside, the centrepiece is a swimming pool with sun loungers around it, with a sunken hot tub positioned to take in the views out to sea. A large terrace runs along the side of the house. Pool and hot tub are only available from the Spring Bank Holiday and May half-term through to the week commencing 12th September. Lekerock Cove Beach is 1.1km away with Talland Bay 1.4km and Lansallos Beach 4.5km.

Polperro itself is a working fishing village with a small harbour, independent shops and a cluster of pubs. The coast path from here runs west to Looe and east towards Fowey.
