The cottage has a single bedroom, one bathroom, WiFi, washing machine and off-road parking. There is no dishwasher and no wood burner. The enclosed garden gives an outdoor seating space for warmer months. With one bedroom only, this is the smallest unit in the row - no second room to spread out into.

Lansallos cove is 1.3km away by countryside footpath, owned by the National Trust with clear water for swimming and snorkelling but no facilities or lifeguard. Lantic Bay is 3.5km along the South West Coast Path. Polperro itself, 3 miles east, bans cars from the inner village - park at Crumplehorn and walk down to the harbour, where around 13 fishing boats still work and the Heritage Museum of Smuggling and Fishing sits on the old pilchard factory site.

Best for couples or solo walkers wanting a quiet rural base on the coast path. Less good for families needing more than one bedroom, dog owners (no pets), or anyone wanting harbour life on the doorstep.
