Phoenix

Phoenix is a four-bedroom beach house sitting directly on the South West Coast Path at Talland Bay, with sea views from most rooms and its own garden access down to the bay. The property sleeps up to eight, with a secluded garden and small pets considered on request.

Inside, the layout gives generous, versatile living space suited to a family group or friends travelling together. Sea views draw through the main living rooms, and the house holds four bedrooms across the upper floor. The setup runs well for a single larger group or two families sharing.

Outside, the garden opens directly onto the coast path and the bay, with Talland Bay at 100 metres, Lekerock Cove 600 metres along the coast, and Hannafore Beach 3.2 kilometres towards Looe. The rocky, sand-at-low-tide bay offers rock pools, swimming and direct coast path walks in either direction.

Talland Bay sits midway between Looe and Polperro, with two seasonal cafes and the Talland Bay Hotel restaurant all walkable. Polperro lies a mile west along the coast path for the harbour village, and Looe is a short drive east for the larger harbour and Main Street. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within driving distance inland.
