25 Talland, known as The Sealoft, is a three-bedroom upside-down house at Talland Bay between Looe and Polperro on the South Cornwall coast. Sea views from a raised position on the holiday park, plus shared access to an on-site swimming pool, distinguish it from the cottages in the village below.

The upside-down layout places living space on the upper floor to capture the coastal views, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms below. Equipment covers wifi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and accessibility features. Dogs are welcome.

Outside, the property has a private garden, parking, and shared use of the holiday-park pool. Talland Bay sits a short walk downhill, with a sheltered cove, a beach cafe and direct access to the South West Coast Path. Polperro is roughly a mile to the west along the coast path, and Looe is around two miles east.

Talland Bay itself is a quiet fishing hamlet with a 13th-century church on the hill behind the beach and few other buildings. It avoids the summer crowds that collect at Polperro and Looe, while sitting on a walkable stretch of the coast path. Prices start from GBP 711 per week, rising to GBP 2,066 in peak season, with Saturday changeovers.
