Phoenix and Little Phoenix

Phoenix and Little Phoenix are two side-by-side beach houses at Talland Bay, let together as a single booking with five bedrooms and three bathrooms across the pair. The combined setup gives a flexible layout for families or groups of friends to share space while retaining some privacy, with sea views from most rooms and direct access to the bay through Phoenix's garden.

Inside, the two properties run as a connected unit with a shared booking for up to ten guests. Three bathrooms split across the footprint reduce morning bottlenecks. An open fire anchors the main living space, and the kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher support. Wi-Fi runs throughout both houses.

Outside, Phoenix's garden opens directly onto the South West Coast Path, with Talland Bay sitting around 100 metres away. Private parking comes with the booking. Lekerock Cove is 600 metres along the coast, and Hannafore Beach sits 3.3 kilometres towards Looe. The bay itself offers rock pools, sand at low tide and clear water for swimming.

Two seasonal cafes sit within walking distance at Talland Bay, along with the restaurant at the Talland Bay Hotel which is a short walk. Polperro lies a mile along the coast path to the west for the harbour village, galleries and pubs, with Looe reachable to the east for the larger harbour and Main Street shops.
