Mavericks Wave

Mavericks Wave is a second-floor apartment at Trevaunance Cove in St Agnes, roughly 100 metres from the beach. The property sleeps eight in four bedrooms - two king-size (one with en-suite walk-in shower) and two bunk rooms - making it suited to families or groups of surfers.

The open-plan kitchen-diner has a Smart TV, electric range oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room is on the same floor, with a second Smart TV. The bathroom has a bath, shower over and double basin. Air-source heat pumps power underfloor heating throughout - a practical touch in winter months.

Outdoor space is limited to a small terrace with seating. There is no private parking, but a pay-and-display car park sits within 100 metres. Books, games and a hairdryer are provided alongside WiFi and all linen.

Trevaunance Cove is directly below - a mixed sand and rock beach with surf, lifeguard cover in summer, and the remains of old harbour walls visible at low tide. The Driftwood Spars pub is 100 metres away. Trevellas Cove, a quieter shingle bay good for snorkelling, is 700 metres north along the coast path. St Agnes village, with its independent shops and the Wheal Coates engine house on the cliffs, is a 10-minute walk uphill.
