Roseneath is a four-bedroom cottage in St Agnes, sleeping eight with two bathrooms. Perranporth Beach is 5.2km south for a longer, more exposed surf beach.

Best for groups of up to eight - families combining younger children and adults - who want a proper cottage base for coast path walking. Less good for guests relying on public transport: St Agnes has no train station, and buses are infrequent.
