The interior is laid out around a single bathroom serving three bedrooms, with an open fire in the sitting room for cooler evenings. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, wifi runs throughout, and the layout is accessible. One bathroom for six can be tight with a full house - worth knowing for larger groups.

The garden, parking and EV charging point all sit on site. The Willapark headland with its white Victorian lookout tower is a 10-minute walk along the coast path, giving a high vantage point over the cliffs toward Tintagel. The harbour and village are a 15-minute downhill walk away, with the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic and the 16th-century Wellington Hotel both at the bottom of the village.

The coast path runs north 5 miles to Crackington Haven for surf, and south 4 miles to Tintagel Castle along some of Cornwall's most dramatic clifftop walking. Best for: dog-owning families of 4-6 who want sea views and direct coast-path access. Less good for: groups needing more than one bathroom.
