Little Pol

Little Pol is a one-bedroom accessible cottage sitting above Boscastle on the north Cornwall coast, sleeping two in a 6ft super-king bed. The property is approached via a shared driveway with two neighbouring cottages and sits elevated with partial sea views and countryside outlook.

One bedroom, one bathroom, an open fire in the living area, and a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi is provided. Dogs are welcome. Parking for one car is included, along with a private outdoor space looking over neighbouring fields.

Boscastle is 1.2 miles by car or a 20-minute walk downhill, with pubs including the Napoleon Inn and the Cobweb Inn, a farm shop, galleries, and the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic on the quay. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, and walks up the Valency Valley reach the church at St Juliot associated with Thomas Hardy.

Trebarwith Strand beach is around 5 miles south, and Crackington Haven around 5 miles north. Tintagel, with its castle on the Atlantic headland, is about 3 miles away. Prices start from GBP 561 per week.

Best for couples wanting a quiet rural base with an open fire and easy access to Boscastle and the coast path. Less good for those wanting a beach within walking distance or a larger sleeping capacity.
