Talland Cottage

Talland Cottage is a four-bedroom cottage in a riverside setting near Trenewan, sleeping up to eight with a private hot tub and enclosed garden. The property sits on a managed site with a playpark, dog paddock, creative space called The Den, and a campfire area. Up to three dogs are welcome, and two parking spaces plus an EV charger are provided.

Inside, the layout runs around an open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a dining table. The kitchen sits alongside and includes a dishwasher. Four bedrooms offer flexible sleeping across two doubles and two twins, with one of the doubles on the ground floor for guests who want fewer stairs. Two shower rooms serve the cottage, and one has a rainfall shower.

Outside, a private fenced terrace has a hot tub, outdoor heaters, a BBQ and dining furniture. The shared on-site facilities - playpark, dog paddock, The Den and campfire area - extend the space for families and groups. Lansallos Beach is 3.1 km away, Lantic Bay 4.4 km, and Readymoney Cove in Fowey 5.9 km.

The three harbour towns of Looe, Polperro and Fowey all sit roughly five miles from the cottage, each reachable by car or on foot via the South West Coast Path. Polperro's narrow lanes and fishing harbour, Fowey's ferry to Polruan, and Looe's beaches and boat trips give three full days out without a long drive. The Eden Project lies a 20-minute drive inland.
