East Looe holds most of the town's independent shops, cafes, and fish restaurants, a five-minute walk across the bridge from the property. Looe Island sits visible offshore - a nature reserve managed by Cornwall Wildlife Trust, accessible by boat from the harbour in summer. Plaidy Beach, quieter than the main beach, is 1.4km along the coast.

Best for families or two-household groups wanting room to spread across five bedrooms without paying for a large luxury property. Less suited to couples looking for a compact, lower-maintenance base.
