Shell Seekers is a three-storey house in Duporth Bay sleeping 6 across three double bedrooms. Two bathrooms serve the group, with an en-suite on the master floor. The top level holds an open-plan kitchen, dining room with a large table, and a sitting area that opens onto a balcony facing the bay - making it the natural centre of the property for morning coffee or evening meals.

Porthpean Beach is 500m on foot - a sandy cove popular with families that gets less foot traffic than Carlyon Bay to the north. Charlestown Harbour, the Georgian working port used in the filming of Poldark and various period dramas, is 800m away and gives the area a distinctive character beyond a standard seaside stay.

The property is dog-friendly with off-road parking for at least one vehicle. A washing machine and dishwasher are included. Note: there is no WiFi at this property, which may be a factor for remote workers or families with teenagers. No BBQ and no garden.

Carlyon Bay, with a longer open beach and more facilities, is 1.7km. The Eden Project is roughly 15km inland by car, and Mevagissey harbour is about 8km around the coast.

Best for groups of six who want a spacious, multi-floor house close to both a beach and a historic harbour. Not great for guests who need WiFi connectivity or a ground-floor bedroom.
