Carlyon Bay has a fabulous coastline with some lovely walks, sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages nearby including Fowey to the east and Mevagissey to the west. Attractions in the area include the Eden Project, The Ship Wreck Centre, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Poldark Mine, St Michaels Mount and National Trust properties including nearby Lanhydrock House.

As you arrive at this delightful three storey Cornish retreat, the off-road parking is located on the ground floor in front of the garage. From the parking area, head on up the stairs to the first floor where you are greeted by two of the three bedrooms as well as the family bathroom. Bedroom one and two offer a double room. The bathroom consists of a shower over the bath and WC. Heading on up to the second floor you are welcomed by a kitchen area and the master bedroom. The master is spacious and offers a double bed with an en-suite shower room with WC. The kitchen comes well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer, breakfast table and chairs. Leading on up to the third floor you will find a truly perfect, open plan dining and living space offering views from the balcony area where you can sit and relax with a good book. Alternatively, cosy up on the comfy corner sofa with the family under a throw and lose yourselves in a good movie on the Smart TV. This space also offers a table and chairs which will comfortably seat six guests.

When you stay here you will enjoy access to a private, dog friendly, beach. The property also offers the use of the garage area where you will find a table tennis table, wetsuit rail and a safe place to store your bikes. There is one off-road parking space with the property. Further parking will be roadside and subject to availability.
