The farmhouse accommodates up to nine guests and welcomes up to five dogs, making it one of the larger dog-friendly options on Cornwall's north coast.

The interior centres on a sitting room with a wood burner, leading through to a separate dining room and conservatory. The kitchen has a Falcon range cooker with gas hob and electric double oven, plus a coffee machine and two freezers. Three of the five bedrooms are super king-size - two with en-suite showers - alongside a double and a single. A family bathroom has both bath and separate shower, and there is an additional cloakroom.

Outside, the enclosed front and side garden includes a terrace, patio, hot tub, and barbecue area. Parking accommodates three cars. A stream runs through the grounds, and the 15-acre walking area is shared with the wider property. Hot and cold outdoor taps handle muddy boots and paws.

Trevaunance Cove and Trevellas Cove are both 4km away - Trevaunance for surfing and rock pooling, Trevellas for snorkelling in clear water. The Wheal Coates engine house and St Agnes Beacon are within a short drive. Changeover day is Friday.
