Dunes View is a single-storey bungalow in Cubert, a village positioned between Holywell Bay and Crantock on Cornwall's north coast. The property sleeps four and welcomes up to two dogs, making it a practical base for beach walks along some of the quietest stretches of sand near Newquay.

The layout includes two bedrooms - one with a super-king bed, the other with a single bed and pull-out trundle that converts to a second super-king on request. Two separate bathrooms (a walk-in shower room and a cloakroom with WC) give the place more flexibility than most two-bedroom properties. The sitting room has an electric fire, and a conservatory serves as the dining room. Sky TV and WiFi are included.

Off-road parking fits two cars - a genuine advantage in summer when coastal car parks fill early. The enclosed rear garden has lawn and patio with outdoor furniture. The village shop is 0.3 miles away, with the nearest pub about a mile further.

Holywell Bay sits 2.7km to the north, with over a mile of dune-backed sand, Gull Rocks rising from the water, and RNLI lifeguard cover in season. Porth Joke (Polly Joke), a car-free cove reached only on foot, is 3.1km away - one of the least crowded beaches near Newquay. Cubert itself is a quiet base, centred on its 13th-century church, with the A3075 providing a quick route into Newquay or down to Perranporth.
