Carlyon Bay, a larger sandy beach with a golf course behind it, is 1.7km. The village of Charlestown itself has several restaurants and a small harbour museum.

This annexe suits a couple or solo traveller requiring fully accessible accommodation in a well-connected part of Cornwall, with beaches, a heritage harbour, and two major attractions within easy range. It is not great for guests who need independent catering at scale - there is no dishwasher and the kitchen is compact for anything beyond straightforward meals.
