The property sleeps 6 across 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed, and has accessible ground-floor bedroom access - a practical option for guests with mobility needs.

Both bedrooms sit on the ground floor. The master king-size has an en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes, with doors opening to the enclosed garden. The second bedroom is a twin/super-king zip-link. A ground-floor bathroom has a bath with shower over. Upstairs, the open-plan living area has a corner sofa, Smart TV, full kitchen with dishwasher, and dining space. Patio doors open onto a furnished balcony with sea views - a second outdoor space above the garden, which has table and chairs for 6, a hanging chair, and a Weber gas barbecue.

Off-road parking is included. The enclosed garden gives dogs a secure run. Whipsiderry Beach - a sandy cove between high cliffs - is 500m away. Tolcarne Beach is 1.5km, and Great Western Beach 1.9km along the coast.

Porth Beach itself is about a minute's walk, with flat sand at low tide and a tidal island crossing. Watergate Bay is a short drive north. Newquay town centre, with Newquay Zoo, the Blue Reef Aquarium, and Trenance Gardens, is about a mile south. Dogs are welcome.
