A family bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower serves the remaining rooms. The sitting room has an open fire; the kitchen comes with dishwasher, washing machine, and a separate utility room. Dogs are welcome and the BBQ and hot tub extend the outdoor options.

Tintagel is the site of English Heritage-managed castle ruins linked to Arthurian legend, roughly a 5-minute walk from Atlantic Road. The South West Coast Path runs through the village. Tregardock Beach is 4.8km along the coast - a remote strand accessible only on foot from the cliff path. Port Gaverne is 9.5km south, close to Port Isaac and its fish restaurant.

Best for large family groups or parties of friends wanting north Cornwall coast access with room to spread across three floors and outdoor features for evenings. Less good for guests with mobility needs across multiple flights of stairs, or couples and small groups where the scale would feel oversized.
