A two-bedroom cottage in the hamlet of Tresean, sleeping six with one bathroom. The Mews has an inverted layout - bedrooms on the ground floor, living space above - which makes it fully accessible for guests with mobility requirements.

The upstairs lounge has a vaulted apex ceiling, a log burner, and an open fire. The kitchen opens directly onto a private terrace with a BBQ and an enclosed garden - useful for dogs. EV charging is available on site via the Tap app. From GBP595 per night.

Holywell Bay is 2.1km - a wide, surf-friendly beach backed by dunes, with a seasonal cafe at the car park. Crantock Beach is 2.3km, and Porth Joke (also called Polly Joke) - a quieter National Trust cove - sits at 2.2km and is worth the short walk. Newquay is around 10 minutes by car for restaurants, surf hire, and Fistral Beach's breaks.

Best for mixed-age groups or families with a dog wanting easy access to the north coast beaches, with the practical addition of EV charging. Less good for those after a coastal view from the property - Tresean is an inland hamlet, and the outlook from the terrace is rural fields rather than sea. The property sleeps six but has only one bathroom.
