A granite stone converted barn in St Dominick, sleeping 2 in a king-size bedroom with vaulted open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and private garden seating area overlooking the owner's lakes. National Trust Cotehele is nearby, Kit Hill provides views across to Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, and the Eden Project is within easy reach. Downderry Beach is 15.8km.

Dog-friendly with parking directly outside. The local village pub has a restaurant, and Callington is the nearest town for shops and amenities.

Enter the cottage through the French doors into the cosy, vaulted open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with Smart TV for streaming your favourite films and music. As well as a comfy sofa, there is a dining table and chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen area, with an oven and two-ring hob, microwave, toaster and a fridge with ice-compartment. To the side is a contemporary shower room, with shower, WC and heated towel rail. At the rear of the cottage, step down into the snug bedroom with king-size bed, with window framing the view of the lakes, ducks, wildlife and countryside beyond.

Outside you have your own private areas of the owner's gardens, with a secluded seating area where you can take in the views whilst enjoying breakfast, or relax with a drink, basking in the evening sunset. Located in the grounds and to the side of the owner’s farmhouse you can take advantage of the extensive gardens (shared with the owners), peaceful countryside and the lakes with the resident ducks, barn owls and other wildlife. There is private, off-road parking available right next to the cottage.
