Talland 5 (known as Porth Glas, Cornish for Blue Haven) is a three-bedroom cottage for 8 within the gated Talland Bay estate in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the south Cornwall coast. The property is south-facing, with a private hot tub, garden and parking, plus access to the on-site shared facilities.

Inside, the layout is open plan with a designer kitchen and a spacious living area set up for family or group stays. The south aspect fills the main rooms with light, with three bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests across the property.

Outside, a large sunny patio sits off the cottage with the private hot tub for evening use. Shared facilities on the estate include a 12m by 6m heated indoor pool, an eco-filtered outdoor plunge pool open year-round, a sauna and small gym, with a concierge service for taxi and boat trip bookings. Talland Bay beach lies 700 metres below the estate.

Talland Bay itself is a sand and shingle cove on the South West Coast Path, set between Looe (3 km east) and Polperro (2 km west). Both fishing villages have pubs, cafes and harbour walks. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are easy day trips by car for rainy-day options.
