The cottage sleeps eight across three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Inside, original artwork runs through the interior alongside an open-plan layout and a log fire in the sitting room. WiFi, dishwasher, and washing machine are standard. The specification is one of the highest on the estate, reflected in pricing from GBP 748 per week rising to GBP 2,175 at peak. Dogs are welcome, and the ground floor meets accessible standards.

Outside, the private garden catches the sea view, with parking on-site. Shared estate facilities add a 12m x 6m heated indoor pool, a naturally filtered outdoor plunge pool open year-round, sauna, a small gym, and concierge services. The managers can pre-arrange welcome hampers of Cornish produce. Talland Bay beach is a short walk down the hill; Polperro village is 2.5 miles west along the South West Coast Path.

The private hot tub and sea-view garden make this the best fit on the estate for larger groups or two families who want self-contained luxury. Less well-suited to groups that won't use the outdoor space or hot tub - the sister properties (Talland 19 and Talland 40) offer better value without those features.
