Talland 22

Number 22 is a contemporary three-bedroom house on The Bay development at Talland, set within a gated resort between Looe and Polperro. The house sleeps eight across three bedrooms and has vaulted ceilings, an open-plan living area and a large glass balcony positioned to catch the bay and countryside views. A secluded hot tub is available at an additional weekly fee.

Inside, the layout is open-plan on the main floor with a high-specification finish throughout. Level access from the parking area is a practical plus - worth noting for guests with mobility issues or young children. The rear garden and decked area are sheltered, giving a safe outdoor space alongside the open balcony.

The resort itself adds facilities beyond most standalone cottages. Guests at Number 22 have access to a 12m x 6m heated indoor pool, an outdoor naturally filtered plunge pool open year-round, a sauna, a small gym and concierge services from on-site managers. Welcome hampers of Cornish food and drink can be pre-ordered for an additional charge.

Talland Bay is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and sits 0.7 km from the house. Lekerock Cove is 1 km away, Hannafore 2.6 km. Polperro and Looe are both a short drive, both on the South West Coast Path, and the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan sit within a wider day-trip range.
