Pencoys is a four-bedroom cottage on Glenmoor Lane in Mullion, the largest village on the Lizard. Extended from three bedrooms to four in March 2025, it now sleeps 8 with a converted annexe that gives the property a split-layout well suited to families or two couples travelling together. Prices start from around 3,622 per week, with changeover on Fridays.

The main house has a first-floor double, a king-size (zip and link - can be set as twin on request), and a twin with two 3-foot singles. A ground-floor double sits in the converted annexe alongside its own kitchenette, dining room, and bathroom. The main living room has a woodburning stove and Sky TV. Two bathrooms, a cloakroom, a full kitchen with double oven, induction hobs, microwave, two fridge/freezers, two washer/dryers, and two dishwashers mean the property handles larger groups without strain. A highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included.

The enclosed back garden has a terrace, lawned area, and outdoor furniture. Off-road parking fits three cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Note that the annexe has one step down into the space and one step up to the bedroom and shower room.

Polurrian Beach is 700 metres away, Mullion Cove Beach is 1 km, and Poldhu Cove Beach is 1.7 km. The coast path south from here leads to Kynance Cove. A shop is 0.4 miles from the door and a pub 0.5 miles.
