Llawnroc is a four-bedroom house near Mullion on the Lizard, set within a private estate that includes a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and full-size snooker room. The property sleeps eight and sits 1.3km from Poldhu Cove Beach.

Inside, each of the four bedrooms has a TV and en-suite bathroom. Three super-king rooms on the upper floor offer zip-link beds that convert to twins on request, while the ground-floor king bedroom provides step-free access to the garden. Five bathrooms in total include a mix of walk-in showers and a full bath with double basins. The open-plan ground floor has a kitchen-diner and a sitting room with an electric fire.

Outside, the private rear garden has decking, a lawn, a fire pit, barbecue area, and the hot tub. Shared estate grounds extend to a children's play area, football pitch, summerhouse, gym, infrared sauna, and the indoor pool with changing facilities. Parking is available for four cars. One dog is welcome at an additional weekly charge.

Mullion is the largest village on the Lizard, with a working harbour maintained by the National Trust and coast path access south to Kynance Cove. Poldhu Cove - a sandy, lifeguarded family beach - is 1.3km away, while Polurrian Beach is 1.5km along the cliffs. The Marconi Centre at Poldhu, marking the site of the first transatlantic radio signal in 1901, is a short walk from the cove.
