Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements - configurations range from 3 doubles (zip/link) to a mix of double and twin beds. A ground-floor bathroom has a bath with shower over, and a separate shower room provides a walk-in shower. The kitchen has a Rayburn, microwave and fridge/freezer. St Mawes, on the Roseland opposite Falmouth with Henry VIII's well-preserved castle, is 5.6km south. Castle Beach in Falmouth - good for snorkelling and rock pooling at low tide - is 6.2km away.

Feock sits on the wooded western shore of the Fal, between Truro and Falmouth. Truro, Cornwall's only city with its Gothic Revival cathedral, is a short drive north. The King Harry Ferry crosses the Fal to the Roseland, connecting to St Mawes and the quieter south coast villages. The pub is 1.6 miles away.
