Mynheer Farm Barn

Mynheer Farm Barn is a converted barn near the hamlet of Higher Ninnis, in countryside between Redruth and the north coast. The two-storey property sleeps four and sits within the UNESCO Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape.

Upstairs, a king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room. A second bedroom with a zip-and-link bed (twin or double configuration) also has its own en-suite shower room - two bathrooms in total. The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washer-dryer, and dishwasher. A sitting room with dining area and an open fire completes the living space. Wi-Fi is included, along with an initial basket of logs.

Outside, a sheltered patio has garden furniture and a BBQ. Off-road parking accommodates two cars. A pay-per-charge EV charging point is shared between two properties at Mynheer Farm. The nearest pub is a 10-minute walk.

Portreath Beach, a sandy north-coast beach with reliable surf and RNLI lifeguard cover in summer, is 7.4 km away. Trevaunance Cove at St Agnes lies 9.5 km north. Redruth town centre and its Heartlands heritage attraction are a short drive, and the A30 provides access to Truro (9 miles east) and St Ives (10 miles west).
