Rock sits directly opposite Padstow, connected by a water taxi running every 20 minutes through the day - no need to drive for harbourside restaurants and Rick Stein's fish and chips.

Inside, the property has a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, and a twin - sleeping 6 in total across two floors. A family bathroom with bath and overhead shower serves the upper floor, with a separate WC on the ground level. The sitting room leads into a kitchen-diner with integrated oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Underfloor and central heating keep the property warm, and a washer-dryer handles laundry. Two TVs, Wi-Fi and a barbecue are provided.

Parking sits directly in front of the property, and the enclosed garden has outdoor space. Two dogs are welcome.

Daymer Bay Beach, a sheltered sandy stretch with calm shallow water at the mouth of the Camel, is 2.2km away. Greenaway Beach - quieter, with rock pools rich in marine life - is at 2.6km. Polzeath, with its reliable surf break, is 3km north. The Camel Trail cycle path starts at Wadebridge, 4 miles south, following the estuary on a flat surface towards Padstow and Bodmin.
