A three-bedroom cottage in St Minver near Rock, on Cornwall's north coast overlooking the Camel Estuary. The property sleeps up to four adults and two children, and one small dog is welcome.

A double bedroom, a twin and a bunk room share one bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen-diner has an oven, hob, microwave and fridge. A separate utility room and sitting room complete the ground floor. Central heating, TV and WiFi are included. A travel cot is available on request.

A private patio with furniture provides outdoor seating space. Roadside parking is available on the street. The nearest pub is 0.3 miles away, with a shop at 0.7 miles.

Rock sits on the east bank of the Camel Estuary, connected to Padstow by a water taxi that runs every 20 minutes. Daymer Bay Beach - a sheltered estuary beach with calm, shallow water and year-round dog access - is 2.7 km south. Greenaway Beach, a quiet cove between Polzeath and Daymer Bay with rock pools, is 3.1 km away. The Camel Trail cycle path can be picked up at Wadebridge, about 4 miles south, and Polzeath's surf beach is roughly 2 miles north.
