The ground floor has a bunk room, shower room, and access through a garage and utility room. The first floor holds an open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area - the main living space - with a Juliet balcony facing the estuary. A double bedroom is also on this floor. The second floor has a family bathroom, a twin room with skylight, and a second double bedroom with TV and access to a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the estuary. Both upper bedrooms have new beds for 2026. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside, a small courtyard has a stone bench. Parking fits one large car or two smaller vehicles. One dog is welcome.

Daymer Bay - a sheltered sandy beach backed by dunes with calm, shallow water - is 2 km away. Greenaway Beach is 2.7 km, and Polzeath, with its reliable surf break, is 3.6 km along the coast. St Enodoc Golf Club is a 350-metre walk inland. The water taxi to Padstow runs every 20 minutes, giving access to Rick Stein's restaurants and the harbour. The Camel Trail cycle path can be picked up at Wadebridge, 4 miles south.
