Longhouse Bungalow is an all-ground-floor property on Longhouse Lane in Rock, the estuary village facing Padstow across the Camel. With 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, the single-level layout suits families or groups who prefer to avoid stairs.

The super-king bedroom (convertible to twin on request) is joined by a double with en-suite walk-in shower and a twin room. A separate shower room serves the rest of the house. The sitting room centres on a woodburning stove, and the kitchen-diner is fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. WiFi and a Smart TV are included.

An enclosed garden with patio furniture gives dogs a safe outdoor space - up to two pets are welcome. Off-road parking takes two cars, one in front of the other. Daymer Bay Beach, a sheltered stretch of golden sand at the mouth of the Camel Estuary, is 2km south along the coast path. Greenaway Beach - a quieter cove with rock pools, accessible only on foot - is 2.5km away. Polzeath, with its reliable surf break, is 3km north.

Rock's village shop is within a few minutes' walk and the nearest pub about half a mile. The water taxi to Padstow runs every 20 minutes, giving access to Rick Stein's restaurants and the harbour. The Camel Trail cycle path starts at Wadebridge, 4 miles south.
