Gullsway: September Tide is a detached bungalow in Polzeath, set within the Gullsway complex at Highcliffe. The all-ground-floor layout sleeps 4 guests and sits 500m from Polzeath Beach, with a restricted sea view from the property and garden access to the coast path.

The bungalow has 2 bedrooms: a king-size double with basin and a twin room. A walk-in shower room serves the property. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The sitting room and separate dining room provide space to spread out. Night storage heating, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are included. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Outside, a communal garden with lawn and seating surrounds the property. Off-road parking is provided. The coast path is accessible directly from the garden, leading south to Greenaway Beach (700m) - a sheltered cove with rock pools popular for snorkelling - and north along the headland toward Pentire Point.

Polzeath village has a Co-op, surf shops, and the Waterfront bar overlooking the beach. The beach itself is one of Cornwall's most popular surf spots, with several schools running lessons from Easter through October. Daymer Bay is 1.2km away, and Rock - with its water taxi to Padstow - is 2 miles down the coast road.
