Three bedrooms provide space for up to 6 guests: a king-size double with en-suite shower, a second double, and a bunk bed room. The family bathroom has a separate bath, shower, basin, and WC. The ground floor has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Central heating is included throughout, along with a washing machine and dishwasher.

The enclosed garden is the main outdoor space. Daymer Bay Beach - a sheltered, family-friendly stretch of sand backed by dunes at the mouth of the Camel - is 2.5 km away. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove between Polzeath and Daymer Bay with rock pools rich in marine life, is 2.9 km.

Rock is connected to Padstow by a water taxi running every 20 minutes, giving access to the harbour's restaurants and shops without driving. Polzeath, with its reliable surf break, is about 3.2 km north. The Camel Trail cycle path passes through Wadebridge, 4 miles south. One small dog is welcome.
