Blue Seas

Blue Seas is a detached dormer bungalow on Trelawney Road in St Mawes, set on the Roseland with space for seven guests across four bedrooms. The property accepts two dogs and has ground-floor accessible facilities, including a wet room with shower, basin, and WC.

Three bedrooms sit on the ground floor - a double, a twin with basin and an optional third single bed, and a single room. The first-floor king-size double has an en-suite shower room. Two sitting rooms provide separate spaces; the main room has an open fire and dining area, while the second catches glimpses of the sea through doors opening onto a verandah. The galley kitchen connects to a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A wood burner supplements the electric radiators, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, smart TV with Netflix, and Wi-Fi.

Off-road parking accommodates four cars. The enclosed garden has a barbecue and enough room for dogs to stretch out. St Mawes Beach, a mixed sand-and-shingle shore where dogs are welcome year-round, is 400 metres away. Little and Great Molunan Beach - twin sandy coves at St Anthony Head - is 1.7km along the coast path.

St Mawes has waterfront restaurants, a year-round passenger ferry to Falmouth, and Henry VIII's well-preserved castle on the harbour. The Roseland's lanes, subtropical gardens, and sheltered creeks are all within a short drive.
