Upstairs, a second king bedroom and a bunk room share a bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Smart TVs are in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms, and an Amazon Echo is in each room. A collection of DVDs, board games, puzzles and books covers all ages.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio set, and an adjoining grassed field includes a triple children's swing and picnic bench. An outdoor shower and tap help with post-beach clean-ups. Off-road parking fits 2 cars, and an EV charger is available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, with the field next door available for exercising them.

Harlyn Bay Beach - a sheltered, sandy family beach with surf hire and lifeguards in season - is a short walk away. Trevone Bay, known for its natural blowhole and rock pools, is 1.5km along the coast path. Padstow's harbour and restaurants are a short drive east.
