Westcott House The Warren is an upside-down three-bedroom house on the Warren in St Ives, sleeping 6 in a king-size, two twin rooms, and a sofa bed. The first-floor open-plan living area has harbour views, with terracotta-tiled kitchen and three bedrooms on the ground floor. Porthminster Beach is 0.1km, St Ives Harbour Beach 0.2km.

With plentiful beaches, pretty cobbled streets full of fantastic shops and cafes, welcoming pubs and excellent seafood restaurants, it’s easy to see why St Ives has become a firm holiday favourite. Visit the Tate Gallery, one of only four worldwide, showcasing local artists alongside international exhibitions. Enjoy traditional seaside fun with four fantastic beaches on your doorstep; Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster. For the surfers, the sweeping sands and consistent waves of Gwithian and Godrevy are 9 miles away. Walkers won't be disappointed with the South West Coast Path passing through the town and many splendid cliff-top walks to discover. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar, including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September, both not to be missed! The exceptional St Michael's Mount is a 9-mile drive away, and the rugged coastline of Land’s End, Britain's most westerly point, is 18 miles from your door.

Set over two floors, this upside-down house makes the most of the gorgeous sea views overlooking the harbour. On the ground floor, the spacious hallway hides the handy washer/dryer and leads to the three bright and airy bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and harbour views, the other two with twin single beds. A terracotta tiled kitchen can be found towards the rear of the property and comes equipped with everything you need to dine at home. Two shower rooms can also be found on this floor. Upstairs, the large, contemporary open-plan living space certainly has the wow factor with sloping ceilings, wooden flooring, a spacious lounge and fabulous views of the harbour and out to sea from the dining area windows.
