The ground floor has an open-plan lounge and dining area with TV, plus the newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher and modern tiling. A cloakroom and utility room with washing machine are also on this level. The first floor has two bedrooms - one king-size and one twin. A half-landing bathroom, refitted in 2025, has a separate bath and shower. The attic twin bedroom has sloped ceilings and skylights with views over the town and out to sea. A wood burner in the lounge adds warmth in cooler months.
A front patio with bistro table provides an unenclosed outdoor space. Parking is available. St Ives Harbour Beach is 500m in the other direction, making this a central base for the town's beaches. Dogs are welcome.
Tate St Ives, the Barbara Hepworth Museum, and the St Ives Museum are all within half a mile. The town has a well-established food scene with fish restaurants and independent cafes. Hayle and the Towans beaches are about 5 miles east. The South West Coast Path runs through St Ives in both directions along the coast.
