A ground-floor wet room with walk-in shower serves both bedrooms. The kitchen covers the basics - oven, hob, fridge-freezer - but there is no dishwasher or washing machine, so this suits shorter stays better than week-long family trips. Parking for one car is included, and dogs are welcome.

Outside, a cobbled courtyard shared with four neighbouring cottages gives a sheltered spot for sitting out. The foot ferry running from West Looe quay to East Looe - 40p per crossing - puts the pubs, fish restaurants, and the beach itself within a few minutes without a car. Hannafore Beach, good for rock-pooling at low tide, is 1km west along the coastal path. Plaidy Beach is 1.4km for a quieter stretch of sand.
