From here, head towards the lounge with dual aspect sash windows, wood burner, Smart TV, Panasonic Bluetooth traditional Hi-Fi System and a Docking speaker and a view of the lovely garden. Upstairs to the right is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, feature fireplace and gorgeous sash windows overlooking the garden. Across the hall is the newly refurbished bathroom with shower and WC. Next door is the twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with feature fireplace and wonderful views of the garden.

Venturing outside you will find a wonderful patio area with table and chairs and extra bench seating for those warmer evenings. The charcoal BBQ is a welcomed additional feature and allows you to dine alfresco. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn and features and an additional outside WC as well as a swinging chair and tree swing and goal to occupy the children (and some adults!).
