Trewinnick Lodge

Trewinnick Lodge is a three-bedroom lodge near Tintagel on the north Cornwall coast, sleeping up to six in two bathrooms. It suits families and two-couple groups looking for a comfortable base close to the sea, and dogs are welcome.

Inside, the lodge has a contemporary finish with an open-plan living space, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and wifi throughout. The layout is single-storey and accessible, with the living area designed around the sea view.

Outside, the lodge has its own garden with a hot tub, private parking and EV charging. Tintagel sits a short drive away, with its headland ruins of Tintagel Castle linked to the King Arthur legend and Merlin's Cave on the beach below. The surfing beach at Trebarwith Strand is a short drive south.

Beyond Tintagel, the coast path heads north to Boscastle's National Trust harbour 2.5 miles away, and south to Port Isaac, the fishing village familiar from Doc Martin. Rocky Valley, a small coastal gorge with ancient labyrinth carvings in the rock, sits nearby. Camelford, the nearest inland town, has a leisure centre with swimming pool.
