The cottage is situated along a historic road leading into Looe, on the terraces once used by fishermen as market gardens. Providing a superb view over the rooftops and across the countryside, this fresh and inviting property is just a quarter of a mile from the beautiful East Looe Beach, with a wealth of great pubs and restaurants nearby. Exploring this gorgeous area, local attractions include the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary, Duloe Stone Circle, Porfell Wildlife Park and Sanctuary and the Looe Valley Vineyard, all within 10 miles.

There are steps across two levels to reach the front door of this delightful property. On entering, the light and airy lounge is a lovely space to unwind in, with a TV, traditional wood burner and great views via the sliding doors. The open-plan kitchen/diner also has glorious views out over the harbour. The sociable and spacious dining area leads through to a stylishly designed kitchen. The ground floor has a refreshing bathroom and the first of the property’s three relaxing bedrooms: a cheerful super-king-size room with a bay window offering fantastic views across the town. Heading upstairs, there’s a cheerful snug which makes a relaxing spot for curling up with a good book. Two further bedrooms are on this floor: a charming super-king-size room and a lovely twin room looking out towards the harbour. Please note the bedrooms have some low sloping ceilings.

From the lounge, patio doors slide open onto the upper terrace. With glass panelling and plenty of garden furniture, this is a wonderful spot for a BBQ and for taking in the panoramic scenery of this spellbinding area. A flight of steps leads down to the lower terrace which features further seating and a lawn with space for children to play – please note this space is not fully enclosed so children should be supervised.
