Detached ground-floor chalet in a wooded valley on Rosecraddoc Holiday Village near Liskeard, sleeping six across three bedrooms. Two double rooms and a bunk room with adult-sized bunks. The chalet is fully accessible with all rooms on one level. Parking for two cars.

Two dogs are welcome. The enclosed garden has a front lawn and rear patio area. Inside: electric heating, dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. One bathroom. Changeover is Saturday. A fishing lake on the village site is open to guests.

Plaidy Beach near Looe is 13.9km - a small sheltered cove good for swimming and accessible from Looe town. East Looe Beach is 14.6km, with the old town's fish restaurants along the quay. Bodmin Moor is under 10 miles north; the Minions plateau and the Cheesewring rock formation make a half-day walk accessible by car from Rosecraddoc. Liskeard has a rail connection on the Looe Valley Line, with trains running down the valley to the coast approximately every 90 minutes.

Best for dog owners or families with mixed accessibility needs who want a quiet, wooded base with on-site facilities. Less suited to guests prioritising a coastal location - the east Cornish beaches require a car and a 20-minute drive.
