Tawnawood

Tawnawood is a semi-detached two-bedroom cottage set within Cardinham Woods on the edge of Bodmin Moor, sleeping up to four. It combines original features with modern updates, and pairs the cottage with a private wood-fired hot tub plus exclusive use of an on-site woodland spa containing a second larger hot tub and sauna.

Inside, the layout runs to a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, a single bathroom, and a kitchen-diner that opens to a living room with wood burner. The sofa bed in the lounge gives some additional flexibility. A Cornish welcome hamper and complimentary toiletries are provided on arrival.

Outside, private parking for two cars sits beside the property, with an EV charging point on site. The private hot tub is in the cottage's own outdoor space, and the woodland spa is a short walk away. Two dogs are welcome.

The setting is geared to walking and cycling: trails start directly from the cottage, with Cardinham Woods' waymarked routes and the Woods Cafe nearby. Bodmin Moor, Lanhydrock House, Jamaica Inn and Golitha Falls are all within a short drive, and both the north and south coasts are reachable in under an hour for beach days.
