The property forms part of a 33-unit gated development between Looe and Polperro, designed as accessible accommodation with parking and EV charging. Dogs are welcome.

Inside, the three bedrooms share one family bathroom, and the master bedroom has an en-suite. The open-plan layout holds a designer kitchen and living area with space for entertaining, and the master bedroom opens onto a balcony. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are provided.
