St Ives Holiday Village

St Ives Holiday Village is a self-contained family holiday park covering over 100 acres of mixed woodland roughly 2 miles from St Ives town centre. Carbis Bay beach sits 0.7 km from the entrance, and a bus service at the gate runs into St Ives and along the north coast.

Accommodation spans a wide range: bronze-to-gold woodland chalets, silver-to-diamond detached lodges, plus bungalows and apartments. Lodges sleep up to 10; micro-lodge units with wrap-around decking and hot tubs were added in 2025. Some units accept dogs. Every unit has dedicated WiFi, and an EV charging point is available on-site.

The indoor heated pool complex includes a water flume, toddler pool, aqua jets, and water-walking zorbs. A woodland nature trail crosses the grounds alongside crazy golf, a play area, and pool tables. During school holidays, the Foxy Club runs sessions for children while evening entertainment includes cabaret acts and bingo in the licensed bar. Rafter's Restaurant and a takeaway serve meals on-site.

A good match for families with young children who want a full-service park with easy beach access. Less suited to couples or groups seeking a quieter rural retreat - the resort atmosphere and school-holiday entertainment programme are core to the offer. St Ives town, with its Tate gallery and three beaches, is a 10-minute drive or a short bus ride away.
