Chy Lowen is a detached five-bedroom house on Alexandra Road in St Ives, sleeping 10 guests, with a hot tub, wood burner, and EV charging point. One dog is welcome.

Five bedrooms are spread across two floors - each with its own TV. The ground floor has a super-king zip/link bedroom with en-suite shower. Upstairs, there is a super-king with en-suite bath and separate shower, two further super-king zip/link rooms, and a double. A main bathroom and ground-floor shower room provide additional facilities. The open-plan living area has a wood burner, dual dishwashers, an American-style fridge/freezer with ice machine, and a Tassimo coffee machine. A projector with drop-down screen and surround sound creates a cinema setup, and Sonos speakers cover the living space.

Outside, a private terrace has furniture, a barbecue, and a warm-water outdoor shower. The hot tub sits in the garden. Off-road parking accommodates 4 cars, and the EV charging point is included in the rental.

Porthmeor Beach - the Atlantic-facing surf beach directly below Tate St Ives - is 700 metres away. St Ives Harbour Beach is 800 metres, and Porthminster Beach 900 metres. The town centre, with its galleries, restaurants, and harbour, is a 5-minute walk. St Ives has a population of around 11,000 and four beaches within walking distance.
